Parker Posey

Song of The Day: You're The One For Me, Fatty / Morrissey
Word of The Day: Delitescent / lying hidden or latent

Ya'll, where the fuck have I been? I mean, explain these gaps in blogs. OK. I was in Hollywood last weekend. Yes, show at the Knitting Factory, frollicking around town with my pals and lovers. Had the best gay sex of my (adult) life, and the sweetest part is dogs don't kiss and tell (sorry Steve, something about Border Collies that trumps any taboo or anatomical mis-match. Woof!!). Before that, I was in Austin, Texas, where I raged on the town with friends, and then other friends, and I also channeled Nantenbo and then Nantenbo gave a transmission to Musho Sensei outside a bar on the strip. I don't remember any of it. I woke up tasting bamboo and mumbling "DAIsho... DAIshohhhh..." So...

back to the Cliff Notes. Parker Posey is the hit on the album, if you ask me. It's a top ten hit, and if the fucking Masons did not control the music business, and if the Rosicrucians did not control the Masons, this shit would be all over the air waves. TLC? Yes. SNL episode hosted by Parker with me as music guest? Yes, and yes. But, thanks to the cryptic underworld machinations of Knights Templar, this song will be another piece of tacit flotsom jetsom (sp?) in the refuse-riddled river of history...

UNLESS we make a KILLER VIDEO. My friend Tripp came up with the perfect premise. I PLAY Parker Posey, and Parker Posey plays me. Fun, simple, innocent fun with perspectives. In all sincerity, this song was written to be a video. It's just a "treatment" (that's a word I've learned lately, working in TV world, see? Treatment. I'm writing treatments. I still don't know what they are...) for the video. ACTION!!!

Parker Posey, this is your movie
I know how believable you'll be
That's why you landed the lead
It's 'Pretty Woman' meets 'Clock Work Orange'
Yeah

Could you, could you carry the picture
with your, your delicate features
You play a daughter with a disorder
starving herself (she misses her mother)
Parker Posey, this is your movie

Parker, are you listening to me?
Posey, this is your movie
There's only one rape scene
(it happens in a dream)
Yeah

Work up, work up a posture for me
Stand up, straight as an Oscar for me
You play a daughter with a disorder
starving herself (she misses her mother)
Parker Posey, this is your movie

I know I can make you
a Minnie Driver
Move over, Wynona Ryder

Come on, turn on the moxy for me
Go on, go get an Oscar for me
You play a daughter with a disorder
Starving herself (she misses her mother)
Parker Posey, this is your movie
