Song Of The Day: Message In A Bottle / Police
Word Of The Day: Spadish / Blunt-spoken

Did I say I finished my book? No. I'm in the final re-write this weekend before handing it over to my editor. I am ready to say goodbye to it and hopefully never look at it again. Fucking books. I have laughed a lot though, it's funny. It's dirty. It's got love and stuff. Babies. You name it.

I am so psyched to go work out today. I didn't work out yesterday. I sat in a chair and stared at my lap top for 14 hours. Same today, but I woke up at 5am and stared at the wall (zazen) for an hour, then the computer. I'm going to go to the club before dinner and stare at myself in (ubiquitous) mirrors while i lift weights. Then I'm going to come home and stare at the grass while I eat. I totally feel I deserve to get drunk when I finish this fucking book, which I have loved writing, but it's like... swimming a moat of caramel. Staying in one emotional, spiritual, cognitive space for so long I feel like one of those guards in London with the tall fuzzy hats

except I'm talking about the ones who stand in front of the gate forever and ever and people taunt them and they don't move.

Those hats have got to be hot in the summer time. I would fill mine with ice and keep some beer up there.

I'm on a Police kick today. Can't Stand Losing rox so fucking hard. Synchronicity 2? So Lonely? JEEZUHZ they were the shit.

I drank like five cups of coffee today. I don't like Gatorade. It's pure fucking sugar. It's like diabetes in a bottle. You drink one, it coats your mouth with some weird saccharine film. That's the thirst quencher? Are you kidding me? I have to rinse my mouth out when I drink Gatorade. I'm done with it. Costco sucked me into it, cuz they had a sale, like a hundred for a dollar or some shit, and I fell for it.Never again. But the almonds were a good move on my part. I bought a vat of almonds, and that was wise.

I know. I know. Get back to my book.
