George Bernard Shaw, famous theater dude who said things like "All great truths begin as blasphemies." was also a member of the mystical Zetetical Society, I learned today while (for no reason) researching the relationship between the letter "Z" and mysticism. Hmm. There appears to be some correlation between the Flat Earth Society and the word Zetetic, but I can't find any ties between George Bernard Shaw and Flat Eart beliefs (I can't imagine that Shaw could possibly even remotely entertained such things, and it seems as though there's been multiple uses and appropriations of the word Zetetic).
