marci and i are on a five day home-retreat this week. meditating four hours a day, working out for one, i'm working as well on IS, songwriting. no t.v., no movies, no phone 'cept urgent stuff with the house. after the first day of sitting, my hip joint hurts. most of the day considering unconditioned mind.
