There are 191 members of the United Nations, so who is it, who is it that is too good to hang with the U.N.? Vatican City, that's who. Yeah. I guess when you your overlord is the Over-Lord, you get real choosy about who you bargain with. Negotiate? Ya'll better go read Revelations and then come back to the table. We don't bargain with SECULAR countries. Come on, the U.S. is not secular.
