I experience my guides as a circle of seven figures that hover in Causal realms. I don't know if they're 'real' or not, etc. They resonate various 'frequencies' which facilitate tuning through sympathetic resonance. Like a spiritual mechanic shop, I can park my soul in their midst and get a 'tune up'. It's a non-verbal enterprise, but sometimes when pestered, they yield content that can be converted to words. Once they told me "Those seeking comfort are not awake. Those not awake are no comfort.", which I interpret as their version of 'shut up and be still.'
