Nate Jenkins, Alex, Jason (intern here at the studio), Leslie (my intern), and I are rocking. We're getting Miracle done by Friday so Eddie K can come in and do his vocals on it. I am absolutley loving what I'm hearing.

Today I issued a challenge: The Food-Off. We are going to have a nutritional competition for the next 50 days (that's the time we are spending making the album). WHO CAN EAT THE HEALTHIEST!!!

Leslie doesn't want to participate, but Nature (Nate), Alex, Jason, and yours truly are locked in an edible battle. I am fucking slaughtering their induglent assess too, cuz i've been on a raw food diet for like four days now. Water, nuts, fruit. I am hyper-clean. They're eating COOKED food. They're lost in a miasma of preservatives, flavorings, and frankly, I almost pity them. First I will bury them, then I will pity them. For now, I'm going to eat another almond and drink my tenth water today (I am still drinking coffee in the a.m. though, that's not going anywhere. But considering Nate just had four nohitos (sp?) for lunch, i think i have a safe buffer.)

today alex and i were going back and forth about some thing and he said "it's ALL deep, dumbass!" which delighted me to no end. i told him that's got to be a shirt. let's make it a shirt.
